How The treatment Works
What can be done for a facelift without surgery?
Traditional facelifts pull old skin upward and suture it in place. This procedure is to rebuild and redefine skin laxity, texture, tone and fat pockets. We can now non-surgically redefine and contour without incisions.
We provide 2 versions of the non-surgical facelift. We can target specific “problem areas” such as double chin or jowl correction – or whatever bothers you the most. Or, with the Transfirm Total Face Makeover Facelift we develop a customized, comprehensive plan that addresses all facial features in order to offer maximum correction and reversal of facial aging to a natural, younger looking you. This signature treatment is all compassing. Aside from sculpting facial features by removing fat and tightening your skin, we can also address issues with sun damage, fine lines, pores, and uneven skin tone. This restoration treatment restores skin health by rebuilding collagen and skin layers.
Face sculpting can also be an ideal solution if you’re younger and starting to see the initial signs of fat and/or laxity in your facial skin. Or, if you have been genetically predisposed. This solution gives you an option to be proactive and start correction procedures on just your problem zone before they develop further.
Step 1: Facial Sculpting with targeted Fat Removal
The face sculpting procedure begins with targeting a problem zone of fat on your face – like jowls or jawline. Utilizing the Agnes RF laser we can liquefy and destroy fat as well as tighten the skin simultaneously.
Exclusive to us in the Boston area, this laser delivers focused radio-frequency energy into the skin to reshape, tighten and eliminate areas of fat in order to restore definition and a natural youthfulness to your face.
Fat volume and contraction of skin is seen almost immediately after treatment and continues to improve over 30 days.
Step 2: Rebuilding Collagen & Elastin with Scarlet RF Microneedling
RF Microneedling with the Scarlet laser is done immediately after the facelift contour. Microneedling radio-frequency is performed with fine micro-needle electrodes that deliver bipolar RF technology under the surface of the skin to coagulate dermal collagen and elastin fibers. This is what ultimately tightens and smooths the texture of your skin.
Restoring skin density requires deep penetration to the lower level skin layers that then rebuilds and restores collagen from the bottom up to the top layers. Your skin will continue to tighten and plump over a 90 day period.
Treatable Areas of Fat on the Face
A nonsurgical facelift can treat a variety of different areas of the face, including:
- Double Chin Fat
- Under eye wrinkles
- Eye bags
- Jawline Contouring
- Jowl Definition
- Buccal Fat/Cheek thinning
Double Chin & Neck Treatment
The Agne RF procedure is an excellent alternative to Kybella and Coolsculptings CoolMini. Utilizing focused radio-frequency energy, it melts fat and tightens skin in order to re-define the area.
Upper Eyelid or Under Eye Bag Treatment
This treatment tightens the droopy upper eye area and gets rid of under eye bags. Wrinkled/crinkly under eye skin can also be treated. This an excellent alternative to a surgical upper or lower eye blepharoplasty procedure.
Jawline & Jowls Definition Treatment
Bring back a more chiseled jawline. Often time your jawline has lost definition due to weight gain and age. This can generally only be remedied otherwise with a surgical facelift.
Cheek Face Thinning
Are your cheeks or nasal folds a little fuller than you like? We can remove fat and slim them down! If you’ve been doing nasal fold fillers in the past, the procedure can reduce the line depth so less filler is needed.
Surgical vs Nonsurgical Facelift
For most physicians, facelift surgery is the preferred method of achieving the most accurate results. However, there are many instances where medical conditions or simply a person’s personal preferences rules out having a surgical procedure.
These days, many people now prefer noninvasive facelift procedures as these treatments tend to have fewer side effects and less downtime. Additionally, noninvasive technology devices have made significant improvements in recent years that can produce near surgical results. Some of these procedures can be done within several hours and with minimal sedation.
